FAQ’s

We do teach bartending in both BHMCT & BSc HS. However in BHMCT there is a separate subject as Bartending which will help you gain in depth knowledge of bartending.

Fees are Rs. 200000 per year for BHMCT + University charges + Charges for Books, Uniform sets and kitchen kit. (to be paid only once) The Scholarship is available only for OBC

If you are admitted under the category which you belong to and also you fulfill all the required Govt. rules and regulations.
Then you have to pay only University and Uniform charges for First Year.

If you are admitted under the category which you belong to and also you fulfill all the required Govt. rules and regulations. Then you are eligible to avail the concession in the Tuition Fee as per Govt. norms.

50 % score in HSC (Std. XII) of Maharashtra state board OR its equivalent in Science / Commerce, Arts & MCVC with compulsory English. ( 45 % for reserved category of Maharashtra state only)

Since BHMCT degree comes under technical course. It is equivalent to the Engineering or a pharmacy degree.

Yes, the fees are for first year.

For books, Uniforms and kitchen tool kit need to be paid extra.

For the abroad training, students have to bare all the expenses and those are paid to the training/ placement agency directly. The charges mainly are for travel & stay. Some hotel arranges accommodation and travelling too it depends on hotels.

Entrepreneurship Opportunities are available for both the courses. Having said that, BHMCT course will definitely be more beneficial for the same.

Yes, we do have hostel facility and the fees are approximately 1.20 lakhs per year which includes stay and food.

The online test will have 100 questions based on English language, Reasoning (Verbal & Arithmetic) and General awareness including current affairs.

BHMCT course is preferable as it has a Bartending subject in Second Year.

You will get to work in all core and ancillary department of the hotel.

BHMCT allows students to pursue specialization in one of the core areas of the hotel. More exposure is given as this is a 4 year degree course.

The Placement officer extends their help during training period of both the courses. Student is given an option to select between domestic and international training.

The department is essentially responsible for taking care of the guest right from reservation till he leaves the hotel. The detail aspects of each stage of the guest, things are taught to the students.

Marketing is one of the important departments in the hotel. Post Hotel Management; there is ample scope for the same.
