Students actively assist the Training and Placement Cell in various tasks, including inviting recruiters, managing hospitality for company representatives, collecting and organizing preference sheets, maintaining records, and handling paperwork. They also contribute to the creation of the placement brochure and engage in brainstorming new initiatives to enhance placement processes. Through their involvement, students gain valuable organizational and professional skills, preparing them for their future careers while supporting the college’s placement initiatives.
