He has completed a Master’s in Hotel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University in April 2018 and pursuing a Ph.D. in Hotel Management. He has published 12 research papers in National & International Journals. He is teaching for last six years Food Production subject. He has specialized in international cuisine & has a sound knowledge of Bakery and Confectionery as well. He is also the Alumni President of our college.

He started his career from started his career as a restaurant supervisor and moved to the kitchen department. In his 14 years of Industrial experience, he worked with various branded hotels in the UK, such as Marriott International, Hilton, IHG group, and rosette awarded restaurant. He worked on various positions such as Head chef, Sous chef, and Chef de Partie. He has expertise in pre-opening of Five-star properties and branded restaurants in Pune.
