The institute encourages and supports projects. These offer real-time learning and application of the thought process. The college also aims at preparing students to be capable to make business plans, mobilize resources and conduct operations pertaining to hospitality and related fields.
This is enabled by means of Research projects, whereby students are guided to make a business plan. Based on primary and secondary research, market information is sourced and incorporated in the docket. The efforts are catapulted in a ready to use plan which incorporates Marketing, HR, Finance and Operational feasibility of the project.
Also, students are provided with opportunities that hone their entrepreneurial skills. By means of theme dinners, they undertake the planning execution and control of actual operations. Apart from conducting business in a real-time environment, such events also help shape personalities and develop key management skills like leadership, communication, organization, and teamwork.
