With a passion for Bakery and Confectionery, he entered the international hospitality arena, as a pastry chef with P&O Cruises (U.K), and later worked as Faculty Food Production (Bakery and Confectionery) with Kohinoor – IMI School of Hospitality Management Khandala. He joined AISSMS CHMCT in July 2008 Years as a Lecturer in Food Production
He is a topper in MSc-HTM and has been awarded a gold medal for the first position in the University.
