A certificate programmes is a short course of study, designed to provide students more grounding over a particular subject or specific skill. These courses helps the students to enhance their skills and upgrade their knowledge. Each course duration is minimum of 30 hours, which ranges from one week to 3 months.
Short Courses for Basic Cookery, Basic Bakery, Advanced Bakery, Masalas, Chocolate Making & Healthy Food is organised in the Month of April, May and June every year. These courses are open for external candidates.
