Food Production is a key department in the Hospitality Industry that deals with preparation and presentation of food for the guests.

The department offers an array of Food & Beverage studies.

This facility has been created to impart hands on training to the students in the food and beverage service area.
• Mock Bar
It comprises of a well laid out display of alcoholic beverages (mock) fitted with the latest accessories and equipment where in the students can practice making cocktails and mixing various drinks along with its presentation and service.
The accommodations department comprises of two core departments of any 5 Star hotel which are Front Office and Housekeeping.
